We treat the data you give us like the data we'd want a tool to treat ours.

What we collect
The minimum to make the product work:
- Your name — used in campaign sign-offs and inside the dashboard.
- Your email — for sign-in (magic link), account communication, and reply notifications.
- Your campaign data — the contacts you upload, the campaigns you create, the emails generated for those contacts, and the events that happen on those campaigns (sends, opens, clicks, replies).
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. We don't train AI on your contact lists. We don't enrich your contacts with external data unless you explicitly ask us to.
Subprocessors
We use these third parties to run Sendforyo. Each handles a specific slice of data:
- Supabase — database hosting (your campaigns, contacts, events, account record).
- Anthropic— AI generation (we send anonymised contact context per page; we do not send your full contact list in one prompt, and Anthropic doesn't train on our API traffic).
- Google (Gmail OAuth) — optional. When you connect your Gmail, Google gives us a send-only token so outbound campaign emails can ship from your address. We never read your inbox.
- Resend — email delivery (magic-link sign-in and notification emails).
- Creem — payments (when you upgrade to a paid plan; we never store card details ourselves).
Your rights
Email hi@sendforyo.com any time to access, export, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days. You can also delete any campaign (and all its data) yourself from the dashboard.
Cookies
One cookie: a session token to keep you signed in. No tracking, no analytics cookies.
